How an engagement runs

Review
We look at what you run today, what breaks, and what it costs you. You get a written summary whether or not you hire us.

Scope
A written proposal with the work, the sequence, and a fixed or estimated price. Nothing starts before you approve it.

Build
We set the systems up and document them as we go, so the documentation is not a separate project that never happens.

Run
Managed support by the same people who did the build. Monthly, cancellable, and reviewed with you every quarter.
How we bill
Work is quoted per engagement and invoiced in US dollars. Managed support is billed monthly. We never charge a card without an invoice you have already received.
